The patriarch of the family, Kuldip is a civil engineer by trade and has over 30 years of experience in multiple areas of the construction industry.

Kuldip has experience with the design, construction and refurbishment of industrial, commercial, residential and mixed unit developments. Having developed several hotel and care home projects that have remained within the JSG family’s ownership, Kuldip leverages opportunities derived from insight unique to an owner/operator to the design and construction of projects.

In addition to these businesses, Kuldip was instrumental in obtaining the exclusive master franchise contract to supply Amtico Flooring (a high end LVT flooring manufactured in the UK) across several countries in South Asia including India and Bangladesh, with notable projects including Delhi’s Madame Taussaud’s.
