TEAM PROFILE

Whilst studying his BSc in Economics & Management, Ish launched his own construction company. An entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, Ish spent much of his formative years construction sites run by his father’s company.

As a young adult, Ish gained experience in a wide spectrum of construction related niches including landscaping, demolition and refits.

Ish worked on several sites across the Midlands, with each project growing in size and complexity. By the age of 21, he had completed several domestic projects including house extensions, and he had also worked on a number of corporate projects including the refit of a bar and grill, the stripping and refitting of a large commercial unit, and a 73-bedroom refit at the Chesterfield Hotel.

Ish traveled to Delhi, India for his university work placement, where he managed the conversion of a leisure facility into a Madame Tussauds. In 2018, Ish set up JSG Design and Build Ltd with his family, under which he completed sites such as the 154 apartment Angel House in Sunderland among others mentioned herein.
