PROJECT SUMMARY
The Elvetham is a Grade II listed building, with a rich history. JSG is currently working on refurbishment of the stables block into a 48 bedroom hotel.
It includes demolition, structural improvements, all new partitions and M&E.
Rectification works will also be carried out to the existing 12 rooms, to bring them to the same standard as the new rooms.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
JSG has worked with this client on several previous projects including hotel refurbishments and have been assigned several further refurbishment and development projects at the Elvetham Hotel site, a testament to the success of our transparent and quality-drive approach to construction.
