COPENHAGEN COURT

PROJECT SUMMARY

This development of a large commercial building had the added complexity of the building being part occupied. Careful management of the existing tenants had to be undertaken, with close attention being paid to their requirements, while applying a phased approach to the strip out.

Once the tenants had vacated the building, the development of 37 residential units consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units could commence with 2 commercial units to the front of the building.

The client had imposed an evolving design for the upper floor flats to ensure that the units were spacious and maximised the natural light from the large windows.
